My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, right in Central Zurich with easy access to attractions, shops, and the trams. The service was excellent with accommodating staff, but the dining options were a bit basic and limited. The rooms, although cozy and clean, lacked proper air conditioning and were not serviced promptly. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
